Minnie Uchil is an experienced educator whose teaching philosophy is strongly rooted in fostering independent and critical thinking skills to help students achieve their academic goals. This drives her passion to empower and guide students to articulate and advocate for themselves when writing their personal narratives. With teaching experience ranging from middle school through the undergraduate level, she is a technical writing professional with a Masters of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. In her free time she cherishes time with family and friends, enjoys gardening, and reading a good book.
